Whilst we hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, we understand that sometimes there is a need to return an item. PerfumeDepot.ie allows you 14 calendar days to return a product that you are not completely satisfied with. You do not have to provide a reason. Your right of withdrawal starts from the moment your order is delivered.
We will issue you with a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.
We do not accept unsolicited returns. You will need to be issued with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) and we will also provide you with our warehouse return address. The simplest way to request a return is to log into your account and access the returns link within your account. If you didn’t create an account at point of purchase please get in touch via our ‘Contact Us’ page. You will need to provide your order number (found on your confirmation e-mail) together with your name and full billing address.
Your return, once authorised will need to be received back at our warehouse within 7 calendar days. We advise that you send us the merchandise by registered post. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. Where an item is confirmed as faulty we reserve the right to refund your return postage costs to us subject to a maximum amount. We will advise of this at point of return request acceptance.
For any returns made outside of the 14 day return period and that have been confirmed as not faulty, we reserve the right to issue your refund minus a re-stocking fee of 20%.
Your right of withdrawal is subject to the following exceptions:
- For the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized or which, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned (e.g. due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery) or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- For the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed by the consumer
Please handle all items with care. If possible we ask that you return items to us in all original packaging. When trying on item(s) of clothing please do not use unnecessary force and take care not to leave scents or marks from make-up, perfume, aftershave or deodorant.
Your replacement item(s) will only be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
You will need to allow up to 30 days for Refunds and Replacements but we aim to provide a speedier service where possible.
