How do Loyalty Points Work?

As a customer you are awarded points for almost everything you buy across the website. If a product is eligible for loyalty points you will see the amount of points you can earn when you look at the product on our website. Find out more about Loyalty Points.

Orders

What is the difference between Order Acknowledgement and Order Confirmation?

Order Acknowledgement via email informs you that we have received your order but until stock availability and payment is confirmed we cannot confirm your order. Once we have confirmed that there is no issue with stock availability and your payment we will process your order in full and you will receive an Order Confirmation via email with full details of your order and tracking number for shipment.

What happens if there are issues with my order?

Why has my order been cancelled?

We suggest you contact our customer service team on 01 44 33 750, make sure you quote your order number as there can be many valid reasons for the order to be cancelled and our customer service team will be able to resolve any issues quickly for you.

What happens if the products I have ordered is out of stock?

If the goods are out of stock they will be delivered as soon as they are available. If part of your order is out of stock the products will be delivered in two parts but you will only be charged for one delivery. We will always advise you to confirm if you are happy to wait.

How do I track my order?

Delivery & Shipping

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges vary depend on how many items you order. We aim to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible. You will be presented with a price during the checkout process. At Present Delivery Charge is Free and our Normal Charge is €4.99 per Shipment.
Can my delivery address be different to my billing address?
Yes – You can enter a separate billing and delivery address during the checkout process. Please remember to include the contact number for the person you are delivering the item to.

Can I change my delivery address after shipment?

No. Once an order is placed we cannot change a delivery address.

When will my order be shipped for delivery?

Any order received before 5pm Monday to Friday where products are in stock and payment has been confirmed the order will be shipped the next working day. Any orders received after 5pm or at weekends or public holidays will be shipped for the next working day.

I have specific delivery requirements how do I process these?

You will need to contact a member of our customer’s service via email or telephone prior to your order or as soon as possible after you have placed your order so we can process your request within reasonable business standards.

Are there any countries you do not ship to?

We currently ship only to addresses within the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Depending on the value of your order sometimes a signature will be required on delivery.
